RFQ for Market Street East Landscape Improvements | August 2025

The Center City District is accepting qualification packets from qualified contractors to complete landscape work including street trees, planters and hanging baskets on Market Street East in Center City Philadelphia. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first of a two-part process: first this RFQ is to identify qualified contractors, second to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) which may be issued later to the contractors determined to be qualified to bid the work.

Once you have submitted your registration you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can download the RFQ. Only official registrants will be permitted to submit their qualifications for this project.

Qualification packets are due no later than 3 p.m. EST on September 3, 2025, and should be submitted per the instructions in the RFQ. The CCD reserves the sole right to disqualify late or incomplete submissions, and or terminate this RFQ process without cause or reason. No phone calls, please.
