RFP for Master Planning & Design Services for Downtown Philadelphia Wayfinding System | July 2025

The Center City District seeks qualified design firms to reimagine downtown Philadelphia's wayfinding experience. This comprehensive project includes evaluating the existing Walk & Direction Philadelphia program, developing a complete master plan for a new wayfinding system, and providing construction-ready documentation for implementation.
 
Qualified teams must have demonstrated experience with the planning and execution of comparably complex municipal wayfinding projects in global cities and expertise in urban identity design.
